Avant l&rsquo;acte, toutes les d\u00e9penses et taxes relatives au bien doivent \u00eatre en ordre, faute de quoi vous pourriez \u00eatre responsable de ces paiements (p. ex. tarifs, factures d&rsquo;eau et d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Registre foncier (Registo Predial):<\/strong> Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu une copie certifi\u00e9e conforme de l&rsquo;acte, il faut demander l&rsquo;enregistrement de votre propri\u00e9t\u00e9, afin que celle-ci soit enregistr\u00e9e \u00e0 votre nom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frais de notaire et d&rsquo;enregistrement:<\/strong> Ces paiements sont \u00e0 la charge de l&rsquo;acqu\u00e9reur et le montant d\u00fb est d&rsquo;environ 1 % du prix du bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Factures de services publics:<\/strong> Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;acte de vente, assurez-vous que toutes les factures de services publics (tarifs, gaz, eau, \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone) sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 votre nom.
